Our modular 8.5m x 8.5m beautiful tension marquees allow us to fit them into the smallest of outdoor spaces, or join them together to cater for larger gatherings. They provide elegant and stylish shelter without troublesome guy ropes. On a sunny day the sides can be left open to allow light and fresh air in, in poor weather they can be enclosed and made cosy and warm.
Cupcake Marquees are located in Cirencester in the heart of the Cotswolds and we cover Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Herefordshire, Wiltshire, Somerset and Worcestershire.
Cupcake Marquees are available all year round! The summer months can get quite busy, so it is always best to book well in advance to secure the date you want.
We offer small marquees and accessories to cater for up to 100 people at local events such as garden parties, fêtes, festivals and any other community gatherings.
Our set up is simple and affordable, our tents will fit in many different spaces without the need for large crews or heavy equipment. We have additional items available for hire such as; flooring, tables and benches and lighting all at fixed prices to make it easy to keep within your budget. We can also offer bespoke decorations to add something special to your event.
A single tent can formally seat up to 50 people or be used in a more casual manner as a bar, serving tent or general shelter. Two tents can join to create bigger capacity for more guests or to separate dining from catering or for dancing!

We hand make as much as we can ourselves from our tables and benches to cushions and bunting and can provide bespoke decorations to suit your colour scheme or theme to truly personalise your event.
